How do I register myself as Homeprenuer?
To become a homeprenuer on our platform, you will need to apply through our website www.aromaskitchen.in . We will review your application and, if approved, you can start as a homeprenuer on our platform.

What can I offer for meal subscriptions?
You can give any traditional healthy unique menus that we normally do not get in restaurants or hotels. All you require to prepare is 25 menu items in which 5 unique items should be healthy and be available on a daily basis for our daily,weekly and monthly subscriptions
How do I receive payment for my orders prepared?

 The payment will be made on a weekly basis.

I already have food business. Can I also join Aromas Kitchen?
Yes being a homeprenuer catering to more customers will make you earn more . 
All you have to do is cook your best meals and Aromas Kitchen will take care of the rest.

Can I work as per my convenience?
You can work in Aromas Kitchen platform as per your convenience depending on the capacity that you can handle in your kitchen.

FAQ's for Food Deliveries

How do I order for subscription plan for food and salad deliveries?
You can opt for weekly or monthly meal plans for food and salads by sending whatsapp to our whatsapp number 8861717839 and the team will get in touch with you to register you for the required subscription plan.

In the food subscription plan can I order for multiple people under different plans?
You can opt for multiple people of the family under different plans as per requirement.
While option for subscription plans can I order for multiple locations ( like breakfast and dinner at home) and lunch at office?
Yes. You can opt for multiple locations, however please check if all such locations are covered by Aromas kitchen under their delivery areas.
In case if I wish to pause my subscription for 3 to 4 days how will it be adjusted?
Yes. The same can be paused with prior information and the same shall be adjusted in your next renewal.However such options are available when you opt for weekly subscriptions.
How will the breakfast, Lunch and Dinner delivered?
The breakfast and dinner will be delivered in silver foil covers and lunch will be delivered in insulated meal boxes (charges would be extra for the boxes)
Can we know the menu prior for us to decide and do we have trial days?
The menu changes every month and the same can be availed by sending whatsapp to 8861717839. 
You can take trial for 2 or 3 days and the daily charges will be applicable.

Our Refund Policy

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed for weekly or monthly subscription.


NON-CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

Aromas Kitchen reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by Aromas Kitchen for reasons not attributable to Aromas Kitchen, including but not limited to:

In the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or failure to contact Buyer by phone or email at the time of delivering the Order booking;

In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to delivery partner or the homeprenuer , Aromas Kitchen shall not collect any penalty from the Buyer.


REFUNDS:

Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders only on the instances mentioned below. 
Aromas Kitchen retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Buyer from the amount refundable to him/her.

  • The Buyer shall  be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an Order or the complete Order, 
  • Is either tampered or damaged and the Buyer refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason;
  • Buyer may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Order value if delivery partner fails to deliver the Order due to a cause attributable to either Delivery partner or homeprenuer , 
  • However such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by Aromas Kitchen.

Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.


All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s source account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice, the estimated timelines are 30-45 Business days.


In case of payment at the time of delivery, 

Buyer will not be required to pay for:

Orders where packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;

Wrong Order being delivered;

Items missing from Buyer’s Order at the time of delivery.

Provided the same is communicated to Aromas Kitchen Customer Care through the Platform before the Order is marked delivered.


Refunds:


The Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders, post deduction of cancellation fee, if any for reasons mentioned above or in a manner as deemed fit by Aromas Kitchen in its sole discretion.

The Buyer may be entitled to refund due to the aforesaid reasons upto 100% of the Order value depending upon the nature of issue. Aromas Kitchen reserves the right to consider the cancellation and refund request and determine if such cancellation and refund request satisfy any of the aforesaid conditions, in which case Aromas Kitchen shall process the cancellation request and refund to Buyer.


Customers can take trial orders to the maximum of 3 days by paying a daily order cost and taste the food before going for weekly or monthly subscriptions. However no refund will be considered after opting for weekly or monthly subscriptions.


Important Note : In case of the complaint of any spurious product, the liability shall solely lie with the Homeprenuer preparing the dishes. 
Aromas Kitchen is merely facilitating the transactions between the Homeprenuer and the Buyer and therefore, Aromas Kitchen shall assume no liability with respect to the products prepared by the Cook. 
Aromas Kitchen strictly discourages dealing of any spurious product on its Platform and shall reserve the right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal actions.
